Not only improve the steel's elongation, tensile strength and other mechanical properties, but also making the product look and rust to a high breakthroughs in ability. The two new processes are as follows:
1, High-frequency heating low-temperature rolling process :Rust traction, low rolling, straightening, cutting, bundling.
2, Cold-rolled quenched and tempered high-frequency low-temperature heating process: Rust, cold rolling,straightening,tempering processing,cut,bundled.
Rolled products of this precess a long time anti-corrosion, high elongation rate and a good exterior color.
